• New patients need a referral from your GP or Physician.
• Latest Results Xrays or any other correspondence pertinent to your appointment.
• Medicare card, Private Health Details: level of cover.
• Veterans affairs details; colour level.
• Workers Comp Details; claim number, insurer, case manager contact details.
• Health History (from your original GP/Practice) if you are new to Tamworth NSW 2340 and surrounding districts

Around 15-45 minutes

COVID regulation restricts person per square mtr in our rooms. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment, if you do then please let us know you have arrived (to fill out relevant forms) and then you may wait in your vehicle prior to being called.

Urgent appointments generally take a little longerWe pride ourselves in running on time, however Post Call and Emergency Theatre can delay appointments, but we let you know if this happens. It is always wise to call ahead

Eftpos facilities are available. Cash is accepted. Please note we are not a bulk billing practice

If your bank account details are registered with Medicare we will submit the claim for you whilst you are finalising your visit to Nexgen Surgical. You will receive your medicare rebate directly into your bank account.

• The Practice is on the top floor of the Tamwell Motel and Medical Complex.
• Covered car parking is available behind the building, accessed from Barton Lane. There is a ramp from the bottom floor (in Barton Lane) to the top floor(Johnston St). There is limited disability parking at the Johnston St Entrance.
• Wheelchairs are available from the coffee shop on the bottom floor. There is no elevator in the building.
